Cancellation Policy
At She’s Smooth Aesthetics, we truly value your time and appreciate your understanding of our policies. To ensure fairness to both my clients and myself, please review our cancellation and deposit policy below.
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposit amounts are based on each service and pricing.
Cancellations & Reschedules:
• If you need to reschedule, your deposit will transfer one time only to a new appointment date.
• If you cancel again after rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
• No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before scheduling future appointments.
